Tried sync.day for scheduling — no signup, just a link

Yeah this scratched an itch for me. I was sending Calendly links to cold inbound and half of them bounced at the signup wall before they even saw my slots.

Used sync.day Tuesday for a 25‑min Stripe webhook debug call with someone in Berlin. Link, they tap, done. No "create an account to continue".

One weird bit: on my Android Chrome the week view felt cramped until I rotated to landscape. Still shipped the call though. Curious if you’ve tried stacking multiple days for a longer collab week.

Tried it for a remote pair session last week (Edinburgh ↔ Lisbon). Timezone labels were correct, which is more than I can say for the last two scheduling tools I rage-quit.

Small gripe: when someone marks a slot then unmarks it, the other person doesn’t get a ping — fine for casual, annoying if you’re racing a deploy window. I just refreshed obsessively.

Still better than Discord “when are you free?” archaeology.

used it from my phone in auckland for a merchant kickoff. no app install, which is the whole point for me.

one edge case: if both people are on iOS safari and one has 24h clock and the other 12h, the labels look a bit messy but the actual slots lined up. booked a 7am my time without the usual calendly tax.

keeping it for customer calls until it breaks something ugly.
